岗位职责：
1、负责前后端系统架构设计与优化，保障高性能、高可用与可扩展性；
2、统筹项目全流程管理，从需求对接、计划制定到开发、测试、部署上线全链路把控，带领团队按时交付；
3、制定研发与代码规范，组织代码评审，持续提升代码质量与团队研发效率；
4、攻坚核心技术难点，主导系统性能调优、问题排查与架构迭代；
5、协同产品、测试、运维等团队，高效推进需求落地与项目迭代；
6、兼顾前端技术选型与开发实现，保障前后端技术栈统一与业务高效交付。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，3-5年Java开发经验，1年以上团队管理/项目主导经验，具备全栈开发能力；
2、精通Java及Spring Boot/MyBatis等后端框架，熟悉Vue/React等主流前端框架；
3、掌握微服务架构（Spring Cloud/Dubbo），熟练运用Redis/Kafka等中间件；
4、精通MySQL/Oracle数据库，具备扎实的SQL编写与优化能力；
5、熟悉Linux、Docker、Jenkins等运维工具，了解CI/CD流程；
6、熟悉敏捷开发，具备任务拆解、进度跟踪、风险控制等项目管理能力；
7、有智能AI、低代码平台、智能建站相关经验者优先。
