【岗位职责】:
1.负责所辖生产线生产过程(包括人员活动)及工艺执行的监督、检查:重点检查生产过程的关键质量控制点，执行过程抽查，及时发现质量风险或体验方面问题，及时纠正，减少浪费，确保产品质量持续符合法规要求，使产品维持良好的客户体验感;
2.参与并按计划要求时间完成与所负责生产线相关的偏差/投诉调查;
3.对生产现场标识、人员活动、清场等进行监督检查对违规行为及时进行制止和纠正;对生产现场存在的质量隐患进行整改或提出整改意见和措施，以消除质量隐患;对严重影响产品质量的隐患或行为作出暂停生产的决定，并及时上报;
4.所负责生产线的环境监测、数据统计及产品质量回顾;
5.跟踪所负责生产线相关的变更及 CAPA，完成由 QA负责的行动项;
【岗位要求】:
1.本科及以上学历(或中级以上职称)，药学或相关专业
2.三年以上药企工作经验，至少一年以上无菌药品生产质量管理经验
3.英语四级或以上水平，具备一定的药品质量相关的专业英语能力，能阅读及书写。
4.熟悉国内外相关质量法律法规，具有一定的药品生产质量相关的 EHS、厂房设施、物料设备、文件管理、偏差管理、验证管理等质量保证知识储备和实操经验
5.具有较强的逻辑分析判断、组织协调和高效沟通能力。
