我司为研产销一体化的制造业，主要市场为海内+海外市场，目前需要一名供应链+交付方向的HRBP，有制造业经验+供应链经验*佳，其次也可以考虑BP专业能力较强者！
一岗位职责:
1. 负责供应链相关的人力资源管理工作，主要负责年度战略规划辅助，绩效管理，人才管理，流程建设与业务管理，企业文化宣导等BP工作；
2. 与业务部门紧密合作，了解业务需求，提供人力资源解决方案
3. 参与制定和优化人力资源相关政策和流程，确保人力资源管理的高效运作
二任职要求：
1. 本科学历，熟悉人力资源全模块的工作经验，BP经验3年以上，有制造业经验优先考虑；
具备出色的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同层级的员工进行有效的沟通和协作；
2. 具备良好的问题解决能力和决策能力，能够在复杂的情况下做出快速和准确的判断；
3. 具备较强的学习能力和适应能力，能够不断学习和掌握新知识和技能。
三、薪酬福利：
工作时间：8:30—12:00 ，13:30—18:00，周六日休息；
