3、识别实验室、物业安全管理中的痛点，完善安全管理的标准化建设，通过技术手段提高本质安全性；
4、施工装修期间EHS风险评估及过程监管；
5、持续开展安全管理和意识培训；
6、对物业管理等第三方进行EHS培训，管理和监督。
任职资格
1、本科及以上学历（工业安全、环境或消防工专业）；
2、原则性强，有较强的执行、沟通、表达能力，文字功底强；
3、五年以上EHS管理工作经验，具备I消防安全管理及施工安全管理优先；
4、熟悉ISO45001、ISO14001、ISO50001体系管理，具备内审员资格优先；
5、具备注册安全工程师职业资格或注册消防工程师职业资格；
