工作内容：
1、负责业务功能模块的Python代码编写，确保功能实现符合需求；
2、设计和开发RESTful API，与前端或其他服务进行数据交互；
3、编写高效SQL查询，优化数据库性能，合理使用缓存；
4、修复线上Bug，优化旧代码，提升系统稳定性和可维护性；
5、编写单元测试（unittest/pytest），保障代码质量；
6、研究新技术或工具，评估可行性并推动落地；
7、撰写技术文档，记录系统设计和开发细节。

技能要求：
1、熟练掌握Python 3.x，熟悉GIL、装饰器、协程等高级特性，掌握OOP及设计模式；
2、熟练使用Django/Flask/FastAPI，能设计高性能RESTful API并优化接口性能；
3、掌握MySQL/PostgreSQL优化及NoSQL（Redis/MongoDB），熟悉ORM和原生SQL；
4、了解微服务架构（gRPC/MQ），熟悉Docker、CI/CD及Linux服务器部署；
5、掌握单元测试（pytest），具备日志分析、性能调优及Debug能力；
6、熟悉Linux基础操作，能使用Docker部署应用，熟悉基本的CI/CD流程和日志查看方法；
7、有大数据、爬虫、机器学习经验，或熟悉前端技术（Vue/React）者优先；
8、代码规范意识强，逻辑清晰，能独立解决问题，具备良好的团队协作能力；
9、可接收短期出差。
