1、岗位职责：
1）负责公司Android应用的规划和开发；
2）根据需求开发相应的手机应用软件，并对交付应用质量负责；
3）系统设计及同后台系统交互接口设计负责开发文档的编写；
4）参与代码的编写和单元测试，能按照项目计划，按时提交高质量的代码，完成开发任务；
5）能够独立的完成移动APP开发与优化；
6）不断学习Android新产品开发技术，提高团队总体学习氛围和水平；
7）带领新人攻关和解决技术难题。
2、岗位要求：
1） 2年以上android平台经验，具有良好的编程习惯；
2）精通java、SDK(Eclipse);或C/C++、NDK,会Android Studio尤佳；
3）精通Android SDK 、NDK中的UI、网络、数据库、XML/JSON解析等开发技巧；
4）熟练掌握网络通信机制,对Socket通信、TCP/IP和Http，并有较深刻的理解和经验；
5）熟悉Android平台的GUI编程；熟悉Android平台的网络API；
6）熟悉常用的手机软件调试方法和技巧；
7）对Socket通信和HTTP通信有深入的了解，熟练使用json,xml等多种数据格式；
8）善与人沟通、责任心强、具有团队合作精神、对编程有浓厚的热情、有自己的想法，具备良好的自学能力和独立思考解决问题的能力。
