一、职位要求

2、精通 Java/Kotlin，熟悉Android SDK及主流开发框架；掌握 Jetpack（ViewModel、LiveData等）、Retrofit、Room 等组件；熟悉UI开发（XML/Compose），能实现复杂界面和交互；了解内存优化、多线程管理（Coroutines/RxJava）等性能调优手段；有 MVVM/MVI 架构设计经验者优先。
二、职位描述
1、负责公司Android平台应用的开发、维护及性能优化；
2、根据产品需求，完成功能模块设计、编码和测试；
3、参与技术方案讨论，持续提升应用的稳定性、安全性和用户体验；
4、跟进Android新技术，推动团队技术升级。
三、薪资及福利待遇
1、基本工资：8000-15000元，每年有10%以上的增幅，缴纳五险一金；薪资结构：基本工资+加班费+项目绩效。免费提供工作餐，外市工程师免费提供商住套房和月度假期；
