岗位职责：

1、依据产品需求，分析、设计与实现系统架构方案，保障系统架构的合理性、可扩展性及经济性；

2、对内部产品系统架构方案进行评审及改进，提升产品系统架构质量；

3、负责核心技术问题的攻关，系统优化；帮助解决产品开发过程中的技术难题；

4、参与制定技术标准，编写相应的技术文档，并对通用技术进行整理，提高技术复用；

5、负责产品迭代计划推进，优化产品开发过程规范，保障版本如期交付;

能力要求：

1、计算机及相关专业本科以上学历，5年以上Java开发经验（1年以上架构设计经验优先、有项目管理经验优先）；

2、熟练掌握常用缓存和各种中间件技术，熟悉Nginx、maven，tomcat，git等；

3、熟悉Mysql、Oracle等数据库，精通SQL语言及优化。

4、具有大型软件项目/产品开发经验，具有较强的业务需求分析、系统设计能力，能高质量撰写技术文档；

5、有较强的领导力，创造能力、拓展能力、沟通协调能力；

6、掌握软件开发前沿技术，了解大数据、云计算、分布式等相关技术；
