3. 协调督促各单位合规、内控及风险管理，识别和评估合规风险，制定应对措施，确保合规管理体系顺畅运行。
4. 组织开展重大风险事项防范，评估合规风险，审核规章制度和合同文本，加强内部监管和违规行为查处。
5. 开展涉外法律风险防范，处理外部监管事务，维护企业合规形象。
6. 推进合规培训和文化建设，提高全员合规意识，营造合规氛围。
7. 完成领导交办的其他任务。
任职要求：
1.统招本科及以上学历，法律、经济、审计等相关专业；
2.具有6年以上法务、法律、合规工作经验，熟悉建筑行业监管政策法规；
3.熟悉合规监察工作技巧和流程，有丰富的合规管理经验；
4.文笔优秀、善于思考、逻辑性强，具备敏锐的风险识别和判断能力；
5.原则性强、正直公正、具有良好的团队合作能力；
6.持有中华人民共和国法律职业资格证书(A类)或中/高级经济师职称的优先。
