任职要求：

1.能够开展用户需求调研，整理用户需求，编制需求相关文档；

2.熟悉微服务架构体系，能根据需求进行设计文档的规划和编制；

3.计算机及软件相关专业本科及以上学历，有3年以上java开发经验；

4.熟练掌握SSM框架，以及maven管理机制，掌握基于java的B/S架构软件框架；有SpringBoot或SpringCloud架构搭建和应用的经验优先；有网络安全项目经验者优先；

5.熟悉以下技术领域中的若干项，经验丰富者优先：
（1）熟悉分布式系统常用技术，如大数据、缓存(Redis)、消息中间件(Kafka)、搜索引擎(elasticsearch)等;
（2）熟悉SOA，有服务治理的经验，精通服务调用框架;
（3）有大型平台运维、jvm调优经验；
（4）有前端开发经验，熟悉javascript等。

6.熟练掌握数据库知识，熟练使用sql语句，了解 mysql、oracle等主流数据库管理系统；

7.了解网络编程的相关技术，了解串口编程、socket编程；了解多线程技术及非阻塞socket编程技术；

8.责任心强、具有团队意识，具备较强的自学能力及抗压能力，能够比较融洽的进行团队协作；

9.具有较强的沟通能力及学习能力，善于接受新技术，并应用新技术进行软件的改进；具有敏锐的观察力和对新事物的理解力，对数据安全、工业互联网、物联网、软件行业的新技术、新产品、新应用的发展有分析能力。

10.具有较强的语言表达能力，能够清晰、完整、准确地表达软件设计思路，进行方案的讲解，具有较强的文字编撰能力，熟练使用办公软件。
