任职资格要求
1. 全日制本科或以上学历，5年以上工作经验；
2. 熟悉Spring Cloud微服务体系和rpc框架，并了解机制和原理；
3. 对一种以上的基础架构组件（服务框架、网关、消息、缓存、存储系统和数据库等）有实际的设计和开发经验；
4. 精通Java编程语言，对网络协议、多线程并发、内存优化和同步/异步IO和系统性能优化有深入的了解和实际经验；
5. 对分布式系统相关技术体系有全面理解；
6. 熟练掌握数据库操作和使用的基本技能，熟悉MySQL数据库，有SQL查询调优，索引优化经验，良好的分析能力；
7. 良好的沟通表达能力、撰写文档能力、学习及领悟能力，较强的责任心与团队精神；
8. 具备独立完成系统功能模块设计与开发的能力；
9. 有良好的编程习惯.
