岗位职责：
1、根据储能变流产品需求以及行业竞争状态，制定有竞争力的储能变流产品技术方案(集中式PCS\中小功率PCS\DCDC\高压直挂)，负责主导输出系统概念、产品规格书、总体方案、开发计划，带领团队完成产品开发；
2、识别储能变流产品开发过程中的技术风险，制定风险规避与解决方案，组织并带领团队，确保方案在产品中可靠落地，保障项目进度、质量、成本达标；
3、参与客户端、生产过程中产品技术难点问题分析，针对重大问题进行攻关带领团队，推动问题解决。
4. 掌握并不断学习电力电子*新前研技术，深度挖掘客户需求，创新攻关，形成具备*地位的产品技术方案，规划产品技术方向；
任职要求
1. 具备电力电子硬件或软件工作经验；，熟悉DCDC、DC-AC拓扑及控制方法；
2、光伏逆变器及储能产品（DCDC/PCS /高压直挂等)开发经验；
3、严谨细致，责任心强，具有良好的团队合作精神和服务意识；
4、具备良好的组织能力，跨部门协调能力，沟通能力；
5、硕士以上学历，3年以上工作经验。
