岗位职责
1.商机转化：深度了解公司产品，承担售前咨询接待工作，准捕捉客户需求，高效把潜在商机变成实际销售，助力业绩增长。
2.淘宝客服：负责淘宝店铺的售前引导（留资/下单）及售后事务，及时响应客户咨询，处理退换货、催发货等问题，提升客户满意度。
3.客户/订单信息登记与处理：将新客户信息准确录入 CRM 系统，客户订单详细录入 ERP 系统；每日认真登记新客咨询数量、新客成交信息，并做好各渠道线索登记工作。
4.订单对账开票：负责订单对账统计工作，并完成开票流程。
5.支持一部分线下销售的中小客户合同、下单事务对接，引导客户合理提升销量
6.跨部门沟通：与内部协同部门做好沟通，确保工作顺利推进。

岗位要求
1.大专及以上学历，具备 1 年及以上相关电子产品设备行业工作经验。
2.了解公司所经营产品的技术知识，熟练掌握并运用自动化办公软件。
3.有电商客服经验者优先，具备良好的沟通能力与执行力，工作认真细致、吃苦耐劳。
