1、结合公司业务发展需求，为公司寻找和筛选酒店管理输出潜在项目和合作方；主要拓展格兰云天·阅品牌酒店。
2、深度挖掘市场潜在资源，重点负责业务开发城市及周边区域内渠道布局的规划并积极拓展。
3、收集并掌握酒店行业政策、市场动向，制定项目拓展策略，定期提交年、季、月度的业绩完成情况分析。
4、跟进合作项目，开展项目考察、项目分析、尽职调查、风险评估，进行市场调研分析，撰写项目定位、策划及实施方案并提出建议，为项目开发和运营管控提供决策支持。
5、实施开展酒店项目发展工作，包括项目接洽、业主沟通、项目调研、价值判断、合同签约跟进等，负责合作项目开发、洽谈及合同签订工作，负责业主沟通工作和关系维护。
6、从签约完成到开业前全程的跟进及内外协作，确保业务顺畅开展；与业主方代表/投资人保持良好沟通。
任职资格：
1、本科以上学历优先；
2、丰富的酒店项目资源和人脉关系；
3、熟悉酒店行业，具备大型酒店集团/酒店管理公司项目拓展、业务发展岗位经验为佳；
4、熟悉品牌管理输出的工作流程及相关知识，熟知相关政策法规；
5、良好的表达能力、沟通协调能力、学习能力、执行力，强烈的责任心和抗压能力。
