职责描述模拟Leader--DCDC 方向：
1.按照模块规格和芯片总体方案的要求，承担模拟电路的设计，仿真，验证；
2.指导版图工程师实现模拟版图设计，确保开发工作按时按质完成；
3.撰写设计文档，仿真报告，总结技术专题与同事分享，对技术创新点申请专利等工作；
4.指导或参与部分芯片的测试调试工作；
5.负责协助解决产品量产中出现的问题和相关客户支持工作。

任职要求：
1.电子、通信、计算机、半导体物理、微电子等相关专业；
2.掌握模拟IC设计流程、方法及其工具，熟练使用Hspice、Matlab、Cadence、Spectre、Calibre、Simplis等工具；
3.熟悉模拟BCD集成电路工艺; 有成功量产经验优先；
4.具备扎实的电路理论基础，精通模拟集成电路原理及设计技巧；
5.熟悉基本模拟单元Bandgap、Opamp、OSC、Comparator、RC振荡器等设计;
6.熟悉DCDC中系统建模及仿真，有40V高压DCDC设计经验(Buck/Boost)；
7.熟悉版图设计；
8.良好的理解和沟通学习能力；
9.5年以上设计工作经验；
10.有团队管理经验。
