China’s unique regulatory landscape, high-volume store environments, guest-centric culture dema holistic, agile, locally informed approach.
A Day in the Life
61 Co-localize training content strategy that supports compliance, culture, care across all China store formats.
61 Partner with Retail Operations, Store Support Centre (SSC), Market Leadership to embed safety daily practices team routines.
61 Design drive initiatives that prioritize well-being, health, safety—ensuring regulatory alignment with China’s evolving laws (消防法, 安全生产法, 劳动法等).
61 Educate teams on how to prevent risk through smart store design, safe behavior, leadership engagement.
61 Build infrastructure to support China’s regulatory reporting, including fire safety certification, incident investigation, employee Safety
61 Lead efforts to reduce cost liability through injury prevention, workplace design improvements, alignment with local labbureaus fire authorities.
Qualifications
61 Bachelors degree 5–7 years of experience in Asset Protection, EHS, Compliance in China’s retail operational industries.
61 3+ years of experience collaborating with local authorities such as消防局 (Fire Bureau), 安监局 (Work Safety Bureau), 劳动保障部门 (LabAuthorities).
61 Proven experience managing health & safety programs, incident response, crisis management in a retail multi-site environment.
61 Strong cross-cultural communication leadership skills in both English Mandarin.
