职责描述：
1、对产品生产过程进行监控，定期向主管汇报质量问题。
2、参与偏差、投诉、不良反应、退货等原因调查分析，提出整改建议，并跟踪CAPA落实情况。
3、负责车间验证、生产等相关文件的审核。
4、编制车间相关产品年度回顾分析报告。
5、负责所在车间的环境监测和公司水系统取样，并定期进行趋势分析。
6、按照产品稳定性试验管理要求，审核相关产品稳定性考察计划表。
7、按照取样管理要求对中间产品和成品进行取样。
8、定期对公用系统、仓库和QC的GMP符合性进行抽查。
9、负责起草清洁验证方案和报告，以及清洁验证取样。
10、负责各部门辅助记录管理的抽查。
11、上级领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、药学及药学相关专业，专科以上学历；
2、2年及以上现场QA工作经验，熟悉各类工艺剂型；
3、具有一定的沟通协调能力及较强的执行力；
4、拥有供应商管理及审计经验优先。
