1.岗位职责：
（1）负责BMS核心算法方案、策略设计与优化，包括但不限于：
a电池状态估算（SOC/SOH/SOP）算法；
b.电池均衡算法。
（2）主导算法标定与验证，完成从仿真（MATLAB/Simulink）到嵌入式代码（C/C++）的工程化落地。
协同硬件、热管理团队完成系统级集成。
（3）参与电池特性实验设计与数据分析，优化模型参数及算法鲁棒性。
2.任职要求：
（1）硕士及以上学历，电气工程、电化学、材料、数学、车辆工程等相关专业；
（2）精通BMS算法开发全流程（设计-标定-验证），至少2年以上车规级项目经验；
（3）掌握电池等效电路模型（ECM）或电化学模型；
（4）熟悉锂离子电池（NCM/LFP等）特性及老化机理，能针对性设计补偿策略；
（5）熟练使用MATLAB/Simulink/C语言进行算法仿真及算法软件开发；
