1、面向创新药企、Biotech、CRO/CDMO 早期研发与 CMC 部门，负责活细胞成像系统、细胞截留系统等产品线商务拓展与市场开发。
2、对接客户挖掘体外细胞实验、细胞规模化扩增、活细胞动态观测等研发需求，协同售前团队定制解决方案，推动多产品线交叉销售。
3、独立开展客户拜访、组织技术交流、商务谈判、合同跟进等商务全流程工作。
4、深耕 KA 大客户精细化运营，挖掘实验室平台升级、耗材复购、新增设备采购等长期业务机会。
5、跟踪行业管线、竞品动态，参与行业学术展会拓展潜在客户线索，达成业绩目标。
任职要求
1、硕士及以上学历，细胞生物学、生物制药、生物工程等生物医药相关专业。
2、拥有创新药 Biotech、细胞治疗企业、CDMO 客户资源优先；CRO BD、生物科研仪器销售背景候选人优先。
3、熟悉创新药早期体外细胞研发场景，了解细胞培养、细胞工艺开发相关专业基础知识。
4、具备独立客户开发、需求挖掘、全项目跟进与商务谈判能力，较强的学习能力。
