岗位职责：
1、负责仪器产品生产过程的质量控制与持续改进，推动良率提升；
2、主导重大/重复性质量异常处理，组织跨部门分析并闭环（8D）；
3、负责新产品导入（NPI）阶段的工艺验证、质量标准制定与风险管控；
4、推动关键工序的质量攻坚项目，运用 FMEA / SPC / MSA 等工具降低质量风险；
5、对接研发、工艺与生产，确保质量问题在源头受控。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历（全日制优先，特别优秀者可放宽）；
2、3 年以上过程质量（PQE）或 NPI 质量经验，有仪器 / 精密设备 / 机械电子背景优先；
3、熟练使用 FMEA、CP、8D、MSA 等质量工具，能独立主导问题分析；
4、具备良好的跨部门沟通能力和项目推进能力；
5、能看懂机械/装配图纸，有基本量测仪器（二次元/三次元）使用经验。
