一、岗位职责
1.参与工软社区建设工作、MES产品化工作；
2.按照项目开发计划，独立承担并完成相应开发任务；
3.参与系统需求分析、详细设计文档编写工作；
4.进行程序单元、功能的测试，查出软件存在的缺陷并保证其质量；
5.完成团队安排的其他相关日常工作。
二、任职要求
1.教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化等相关专业优先；
2.行业经验：3年以上软件开发经验；
3.专业技能：
①能够理解工软社区目标，认可社区理念，并对于社区的建设积极进言献策；
②能够理解产品愿景，认可产品理念，并对于产品的实现积极进言献策；
③3年以上实际java编程工作经验；
④熟练运用Spring Cloud MVC/MyBatis/Redis等框架，具有相关开发经验；
⑤熟练运用MySQL、Oracle数据库和sql语句；
⑥有前端开发经验，使用vue框架进行过开发；
⑦掌握IDEA/Maven/Git等工具；
4.个性特质：工作积极主动；沟通能力强；具备较高的团队协作能力，以团队利益优先；具备较强的主动学习的能力；具备较强的逻辑思维能力；
5.优先条件：有工业软件开发经验或者参与过工业自动化项目的经验者优先。
