岗位职责：
1. 负责文件存储的功能的 UT、FT 的开发、运行与看护，
包括：按照需求拆解测试，完成测试开发与自动化运行接入。在版本研发过程中，完成问题定位、复现分析及 bug 修复，积极推动开发和测试等各项工作的进度和效能。
2. 负责文件存储的运维系统的开发维护，包括：监控采集自动化、运维白屏化等。

任职要求：
1. 3 年以上工作经验，有中大型软件的软件工程经验，有管控系统、运维系统开发测试经验者优先；
2. 熟悉 Linux 使用，熟悉 shell、git 等命令，熟练掌握 python /java/golang/C++；
3. 对分布式存储系统有了解，对企业级功能，如：数据流动、配额、生命周期、Region 级容灾等有了解的优先；
4. 有 AI，云计算，高性能计算和大数据行业经验者优先；
5. 具备较强的的团队内外沟通，协作能力和解决客户问题的能力；
6. 个性乐观开朗，学习能力强，逻辑思维清晰，思路活跃，乐于合作；
