核心职责：
参与电商平台核心业务模块的设计、开发与迭代，保障系统稳定运行。
负责高性能、高并发、高可用后端服务的架构设计与代码实现，应对大促等活动场景。
对现有服务进行性能分析、接口调优和瓶颈攻关，提升系统处理能力和响应速度。
负责数据库（MySQL/MongoDB/Doris）的 schema 设计、优化及复杂查询处理。
与产品、前端、测试等团队紧密协作，确保项目高质量交付。
编写清晰的技术文档，参与代码审查，维护代码质量。
岗位要求：
1. 精通HTML5、CSS、JavaScript（ES6+）等前端基础技术，熟悉浏览器渲染原理等
2. 具备完整的 MVVM 框架开发经验，深入理解 MVVM 设计模式原理，能熟练运用 Vue3 的 Composition API、响应式系统、生命周期、组件通信等核心特性解决实际开发问题
3. 熟练使用Element Plus 组件库，能根据项目需求对组件进行二次开发与定制，独立完成复杂业务模块的开发和封装
4 具备良好的跨浏览器兼容性处理能力，能解决不同浏览器、不同设备间的兼容性问题
5.了解前端性能优化的方法和策略，如代码分割、懒加载、资源压缩、缓存策略等，能够对前端项目进行性能分析和优化。提升页面加载速度和运行效率
