【岗位职责】
1. 负责粮油品类供应商全生命周期开发，包含供应商寻源挖掘、资质审核、样品验证、商务谈判及合同落地，搭建并迭代供应商资源池，持续优化供应链供应商结构；
2. 对接内部采购需求计划，统筹供应商排产备货，快速响应并处理交付、供货异常，保障原料稳定、及时供应；
3. 每日跟踪粮油原料市场行情波动，严格按照公司制度落地询价、比价、招标等采购业务流程，推进供应链链路优化，落实降本挖潜目标；
4. 搭建并落地供应商动态评估体系，对合格供应商履约能力、到货品质、交付效率开展常态化跟踪，定期完成供应商绩效考评、优胜劣汰，完善供应链管理体系；
5. 主导委外加工产品项目开发，跨部门统筹协调推进项目全流程，把控项目节点，保障委外新品按期落地上市；
6. 定期与市场营销人员推行市场调研与信息收集录入工作。

【岗位要求】
1. 本科及以上学历，具备2年以上食品原料采购、供应链开发相关工作经验，委外加工业务或进出口业务经验优先；
2. 熟悉供应商开发、资质审核、绩效考核整套供应链管理流程；
3. 具备市场行情研判能力，有询价招标、商务谈判、成本分析降本实操经验；
4. 较强跨部门协同能力，能够独立推进委外新品项目落地，问题处置、抗压能力强；
5. 具备较强责任心，工作态度积极主动，严谨细致，具备良好的风险意识；
6. 可接受每月2-3次国内出差。
