【工作职责】
1、按照酒店的规章制度和部门的工作程序，主持并参加部门的日常工作。
2、了解市场行情，掌握市场价格，按时、保质、保量完成采购任务。
3、执行货比三家原则，与有关部门主管协调解决采购事项。
4、严格控制采购成本，审核报价单，对酒店采购工作及时提出意见或建议。
5、参与大宗商品的订货洽谈工作，提出专业意见。
6、主持部门例会，布置及分配部门工作，协调、解决存在问题，及时向上级领导请示汇报工作。
7、开展员工政治思想工作，廉洁从业职业道德教育，及业务培训工作，广开员工提合理化建议和意见的渠道，每月评估员工的工作表现。
8、负责部门的安全防火、安全生产、计划生育等工作。
9、完成上司分配工作。
10、除上述工作外，还需接受公司安排的临时性工作。
