1. 负责智能硬件类、光电器件类产品的硬件测试，包括测试计划的制定、测试环境的搭建、测试用例的设计和执行等；
2. 负责测试数据的收集、分析和整理，对测试结果进行评估和反馈，提出改进建议；
3. 负责测试文档的编写和维护，包括测试报告、测试用例、测试计划等；
4. 参与产品开发过程中的硬件测试，协助解决硬件相关问题；
5. 负责测试设备的维护和管理，确保测试设备的正常运行。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，电子工程、通信工程、自动化等相关专业；
2. 具备智能硬件类、光电器件类产品的硬件测试经验，熟悉测试流程和测试方法；
3. 熟悉常用测试设备和测试工具，如万用表、示波器、信号发生器等；
4. 具备较强的数据分析和问题解决能力，能够独立完成测试任务；
5. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与研发、产品等部门进行有效的沟通和协作；
6. 会开车;具备一定的英语读写能力，能够阅读英文技术文献。
