5、良好的编码习惯与规范意识；

6、能够承受一定的工作压力，有跨境电商行业开发经验者优先考虑；

7、优良的职业从业态度（这一点很重要）。

任职要求

1、计算机相关专业本科或以上学历，3年+Java工作经历，985/211学校优先考虑；

2、熟悉SpringMvc、Mybaits等架构，有实际的Spring Cloud微服务框架开发经验，有大型项目开发经验，电商行业解决方案系统经验尤佳；

3、熟悉Sqlserver、Oracle、Mysql等任一主流关系型数据的开发经验，如:SQL编程、存储过程、数据库分区分表等；

4、对Nosql数据库MongoDB、Redis等有一定的了解与应用；

5、熟悉Javascript脚本，熟悉至少一种MVC或MVN风格的前端框架；

6、有良好的编程规范及文档编写能力；

7、具备较好的团队协作精神和极高的主观能动性。
