前端技能（React）：
1.熟练使用 React.js 及其生态（Redux/React Router/Hooks）。
2.熟悉 TypeScript、ES6+ 语法，掌握 Webpack/Vite 构建工具。
3.了解 Ant Design/Material-UI 等UI组件库。
4.熟悉前端性能优化（懒加载、代码分割、缓存策略）。

加分项：
1.了解 Docker/Kubernetes，有云服务（AWS/Azure/GCP）部署经验。
2.有国产服务器/国产操作系统（如麒麟V10SP3）实施经验。
