● 岗位职责:
a. 主导影视生产项目管理平台的产品战略与路线图，覆盖项目管理、资产管理（DAM）、在线审片、成本核算、数据BI全链路。
b. 深入理解影视制片、虚拟拍摄、后期制作等复杂工作流，将其抽象为可配置、可扩展的SaaS产品模块。
c. 负责BI产品的建设，为管理层和业务负责人提供精准的决策支持。
d. 关注客户成功，通过产品设计降低行业客户的使用门槛，提升协作效率。
● 任职要求:
1. 统招本科及以上学历；
2. 至少2年项目管理、复杂垂直领域SaaS产品经验；或有Autodesk ShotGrid、Frame.io、特艺等影视工业软件丰富的使用经验；
3. 熟练掌握数据分析工具，具有良好的数据分析能力，熟悉SQL 优先；
4. 熟练进行产品PRD文档撰写，熟悉产品原型交互设计；
5. 具备良好的用户研究基础，了解如何分析用户群行为特征及产品发布流程；
6. 决策与沟通能力：具备目标优先级的判断与决策能力；具备产品迭代中的项目管理能力以及与团队成员的沟通协调能力。
7. 加分项：有技术背景、QS前200院校、研究生学历优先；对影视行业有浓厚兴趣优先；
