工作职责
1. 负责消防类、防火隔离、工业设备防护类产品在本地小区物业、消防器材批发市场、安防门店、新能源充电园区、工业园区、公共充电站等渠道的线下推广与客户开发，完成公司下达的月度、季度、年度销售指标，把控区域渠道销售进度。
2. 主动拜访目标客户，结合消防应用场景讲解产品优势与合作方案，推动商务洽谈与合作落地，建立长期稳定的合作体系。
3. 收集市场竞品动态、客户需求及反馈，为产品优化与推广策略调整提供数据支持。
4. 配合公司开展线下推广活动，参与客户洽谈与产品演示等工作。
任职要求
1. 1年以上线下销售经验，有消防器材、物业合作或快消品销售经验者优先。
2. 具备优秀的沟通表达与商务谈判能力，性格外向，能承受销售目标压力。
3. 熟悉本地小区物业、消防器材市场资源，有相关渠道资源者优先。
