3.负责开展外部市场调研、审核采购价格的合理性；进行成本分析与控制，并做好相关记录和报表；
4.负责带领团队参与产品研发阶段的器件选型；
5.负责组织供应商评审（书面与现场），定期更新合格供应商目录，确保有竞争优势的供应商体系；
6.负责研发中心所用物料的及时交付，管理指导人员规范作业，确保满足要求；
7.负责采购开发部门日常工作的规划、执行、检查与改进；
8.完成上级领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历，电子工程或供应链管理类相关专业优先；有通信行业研产销企业采购工作经验或汽车行业相关工作经验，3年以上采购全流程管理及团队管理经验；
2.具有丰富的采购专业知识，具备供应商寻源，谈判、交付管理及供应商绩效管理的全链条能力及经验；
3.具有优秀的业务统筹规划及管理能力，能制定和管理品类采购策略及流程，包含需求整合，采购模式及渠道确定，交付效率提升、采购成本管控等；
4.具有较强的商务谈判能力和价格控制能力，良好的信息搜集能力、数据分析能力及成本管理能力；
5.具有优秀的沟通协调能力、跨部门协作能力；具有较强的工作责任心和抗压能力；
6.具备极高的职业道德与操守，严守采购廉洁纪律，无行业违规记录。
