岗位职责：
1、负责分析客户ERP业务核心需求，提供业务咨询，结合行业内的经验，为客户提供可落地的ERP解决方案；
2、负责公司新一代ERP核心系统实施，主要为蓝图设计工作；
3、负责根据ERP项目推进情况，搭建公司实施及业务知识库，并开展知识传递；
4、负责客户集团ERP项目标准体系的建立及管理，指导各二级单位开展项目实施，协助完成项目群实施推进工作。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，有8年及以上ERP软件的使用及相关工作经验；有从事集团资产（AM）、工程项目（PS）、物资（MM）等管理系统咨询及实施经验；
2、熟悉项目管理知识，取得项目管理专业认证者（如PMP、信息系统项目管理师）优先考虑；
3、对客户需求有较强的敏感度和分析能力，能够把控项目中产品和需求的差异性，有较强的客户思维和引导能力；
4、具有良好的沟通能力和组织能力，善于人际交流和组织协调；
5、具备较强的文档编写能力和方案讲解能力，能独立向客户进行方案汇报或系统演示；
6、具备优秀的学习能力，执行力强，能接受具有挑战性的工作。
7、具备电力行业的ERP项目建设交付经验。
