【岗位职责】
1、业务需求转化与系统设计：深入理解和挖掘业务需求，将业务语言输出为可落地的解决方案;
2、Java 全栈开发与系统优化：参与 OA 等核心系统的开发与迭代，承担模块设计、编码实现及单元测试工作;
3、项目交付与测试验证：配合业务方进行测试验证、提供系统使用培训与技术支持，确保业务部门高效应用信息化成果;
4、技术质量与规范建设：负责代码审查与技术规范制定，管理技术债务，确保系统代码质量与长期可维护性。
【任职要求】
1、计算机相关专业背景或具备岗位所需同等专业能力，学历要求统招本科及以上，3年以上软件开发经验
2、3年以上企业级Java开发经验，熟练使用Spring、rabbitmq、redis，有Spring Cloud框架应用经验尤佳
3、熟悉网络编程，具有设计和开发对外API接口的经验和能力
4、掌握mysql、Tdsql等常见关系型数据库的使用、熟悉Linux、掌握python语言，具有前后端全栈开发经验优先
上班时间：9-5：30，午休一个半小时
加班费计算方式：周中1：1，周末1.5：1，法定假期2：0
