职责 1. 负责查杀服务框架的开发与迭代：检测任务的接入、调度分发、多引擎结果汇聚与上报，以及文件类型识别、脚本检测（PHP / JSP / ASP）等检测能力的接入集成；
2. 负责引擎在专有云环境的发布适配，对接 Redis、RocketMQ、OSS 等上下游系统；
3. 负责线上运维与稳定性保障：监控告警处理、容量评估、故障应急响应；定位吞吐 / 时延 / 内存等性能瓶颈的根因（队列积压、worker 异常、单文件超时等）并推动优化；
4. 保障多进程架构稳定性：处理子进程崩溃、进程间通信异常、任务积压等问题；
5. 负责检测效果治理：对误报 / 漏报案例进行归因分析，定位问题属于规则、特征库、引擎逻辑还是样本处理环节，并进行修复；
任职要求：
三年以上要求 1. 计算机相关专业，3 年以上 Linux 服务端开发经验，精通 Python，理解多进程 / 多线程模型及常见性能陷阱；
2. 扎实的线上问题排查能力：熟练使用 top / perf / strace / gdb 等工具，有性能瓶颈与内存问题定位经验；
3. 熟悉监控与日志体系，能独立建设和优化告警体系，有值班响应经验； 4. 熟悉至少一种消息队列或缓存中间件（Redis / RocketMQ / Kafka）；
5. 熟悉 Linux 系统编程（进程管理、IPC、信号处理），有 supervis/ 容器化部署经验；
