岗位职责：1、负责现有产品的国产化适配工作； 2、参与项目的需求调研和需求分析，对项目进行可行性分析，撰写相关技术文档； 3、协助架构师完成设计和搭建系统架构(平台、数据库、接口和应用架构等)，解决开发中各种系统架构问题; 4、搭建系统开发环境，协助架构师完成系统框架和核心代码的实现，完成产品关键技术问题的攻关。任职资格：1、统招本科学历以上，必须有国产化适配经验、分保经验； 2、2年以上java开发经验，有大型系统开发经验； 4、熟悉JAVA语言，有扎实的计算机基础知识和编程功底； 5、熟练使用Spring、SpringBoot、Mybatis等主流框架和库； 6、熟悉MySQL数据库开发及常用优化方法、常用NoSQL数据库、消息队列及对象存储； 7、熟悉TCP/IP、HTTP、Websocket等网络协议，熟练掌握Java网络编程、多线程编程； 8、有项目管理经验，熟悉敏捷研发流程，积极主动，认真负责，具备团队意识、高度的责任心，能够承担较强的工作压力； 9、有较强的学习能力和攻克技术难点的能力，乐于接受新的技术和理念;10、有SM项目经验者优先。
