4.应急事故处理：完善应急预案并组织演练；事故时启动预案、指挥救援、上报，配合调查并落实整改。
5.安全文化建设：开展安全宣传活动，建立奖惩机制，营造安全氛围。
6.信息沟通管理：归档安全资料，传达上级安全要求；对接监管部门与行业单位，掌握安全动态。
二、任职要求
1.大专以上学历，采矿工程相关专业，持有中级注册安全工程师（金属非金属）。
2.专具备矿业/安全工程相关知识，熟悉金属露天矿山开采工艺、设备原理、安全规范及相关法律法规。
3.10年以上矿山管理经验，其中5年以上露天矿山安全管理工作经验，有风险管控、隐患治理等实践能力。
4.具备组织协调、沟通及应急决策能力，能统筹安全检查与培训；掌握安全管理信息化工具。
5.责任心强、敬业严谨，有团队合作与学习能力，身体素质良好，能适应矿山一线工作。
