承担车间安全管理职责，定期开展安全检查，识别并消除安全隐患，组织安全培训与应急演练。
记录生产数据与安全台账，分析生产效率与安全指标，提出改进建议。
任职要求：
大专及以上学历，机械相关专业优先。
具备2年以上重型装备制造行业车间调度或生产管理经验，熟悉焊管装备生产流程者优先。
掌握生产计划编制、资源调度方法，具备较强的现场问题解决能力。
熟悉安全生产法规与车间安全管理规范，持有安全员证书者优先。
具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神，能承受生产旺季的工作压力。
