一、岗位职责
①全面负责来料、制程、成品全流程品质管理，确保花洒、顶喷产品质量稳定。
②统筹IQC 来料检验：五金、塑胶、阀芯、软管、配件等进料检验标准制定、抽检执行、异常判定与处理。
③统筹IPQC 制程管控：首件确认、巡检、关键工序管控，及时制止不良，防止批量问题。
④统筹FQC 成品检验：外观、装配、漏水、功能、包装等全项检验管理。
⑤主导品质异常处理：来料不良、制程不良、返工返修、改善对策跟进与效果验证。
⑥运用 QC 七大手法、5Why、8D 等工具做品质数据分析，提升合格率、降低不良与客诉。
⑦负责 QC 团队排班、培训、考核、纪律与执行力提升。
⑧配合 SQE 推进供应商改善，配合 DQE 参与试产，配合 CQE 处理客诉。
⑨完成品质经理安排的其他品质工作。

二、任职要求
学历：中专及以上，质量管理、机械、模具、工业工程相关专业优先。
经验：3 年以上卫浴 / 花洒 / 顶喷 / 五金塑胶组装行业品质管理经验，1 年以上课长 / 组长管理经验。
熟悉：
来料检验（IQC）、制程巡检（IPQC）、成品检验（FQC）全流程。
花洒、顶喷结构、装配工艺、常见不良（漏水、刮花、错装、配件不良等）。
技能：能独立制定检验标准、处理异常、推动改善、出具品质报表，熟悉 ISO9001 优先。
素质：沟通协调强、执行力强、责任心强、能扎根现场解决问题。
