【岗位要求】
1、大专或以上学历，有同岗位工作经验一年以上。
2、能用流利的英语从事前厅服务形象气质佳，精通电脑操作，具备有一定的英文听说读写能力。
3、仪表端庄，热爱酒店工作，钻研业务，反应敏捷，善于交际具有较好的管理和协调能力，能够很好的发挥其管理、领导和监督的作用。
4、注重细节，工作有责任心，敢于承担责任，执行力较强。
5、有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。
