一、岗位职责
1. 负责 PCB、塑胶、五金、线材等原材料的采购工作，确保采购物料满足公司生产和研发需求。
2. 开发、维护和评估供应商，建立长期稳定的合作关系，确保供应的及时性、质量和成本控制。
3. 与供应商进行谈判，签订采购合同，监督合同执行情况，处理采购过程中的问题和纠纷。
4. 收集市场信息，了解行业动态和价格趋势，进行成本分析和价格比较，为采购决策提供依据。
5. 制定采购计划和预算，跟踪采购订单的执行情况，保证按时到货，满足生产进度要求。
6. 处理采购物料的质量问题，协助质量部门进行质量检验和不合格品的处理。
7. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。

二、任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，机械工程、电子工程、材料科学等相关专业优先。
2. 具有2年以上 PCB、塑胶、五金、线材采购工作经验，熟悉采购流程和市场情况。
3. 熟悉 PCB 制造工艺、塑胶成型工艺、五金加工工艺和线材生产工艺，具备一定的技术知识和质量判断能力。
4. 具备良好的供应商开发和管理能力，能够与供应商建立有效的沟通和合作关系。
5. 具有较强的成本意识和谈判技巧，能够有效控制采购成本。
6. 具备良好的数据分析能力和问题解决能力，能够准确判断市场趋势和处理采购中的异常情况。
7. 具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够与公司内部各部门协调合作。
8. 具备较强的责任心和抗压能力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境。
9. 熟练使用办公软件和采购管理系统。
