二、物料需求规划：依据主生产计划，通过MRP系统运行物料需求计划，制定精准的物料采购申请，确保原材料、元器件（如PCB、连接器、电缆、塑胶件、金属件等）的准时供应。
三、产能与资源评估：评估生产计划对关键设备（如网络分析仪、屏蔽暗室、注塑机、冲压设备等）和关键岗位的产能与人力需求，识别瓶颈环节，并提出解决方案。
四、生产进度跟踪：监控各车间（如注塑、SMT、组装、测试调试）的生产进度，及时发现并协调解决影响生产计划的问题（如物料短缺、设备故障、品质异常等）。
五、库存控制：制定并监控原材料、半成品和成品的库存水平，设定安全库存，定期组织库存盘点，分析库存结构，积极推动库存周转率的提升和呆滞料的预防与处理。
六、跨部门协同：作为计划的核心枢纽，高效协同销售、采购、生产、品质、工程和仓库等部门，确保信息流和物流的顺畅。
