职责描述：
1、负责公司软件项目开发与产品开发，按照要求完成所规定的开发任务；
2、负责制定项目的开发计划并落实实施各项目开发计划；
3、负责研发项目的前期调研、评审，以及研发项目的质量、进度、成本、资源、风险等管理工作；
4、负责参与研发组项目的开发规范、技术标准的制定及实施；
5、完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等理工类相关专业；
2、具备2年以上Java开发经验，有扎实的编码能力和良好的面向对象设计思想；
3、熟悉J2EE体系结构，掌握SpringBoot等主流框架，能够熟练使用相关开发工具；
4、掌握MySQL等至少两种关系型数据库，精通SQL编写及数据库性能优化，具备Redis等缓存组件的实际应用经验；
5、熟练掌握MyBatis等ORM框架，并能够结合SpringBoot等进行高效开发，具备多框架整合能力；
6、具备良好的开发规范意识，工作积极主动，责任心强，逻辑清晰，乐于学习新技术，善于团队协作；
7、有前端开发经验者优先。
