岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities
1.负责光储系统机柜液冷（温控 CDU / 分歧管 / 快接头）、大功率充电桩（液冷枪头 / 内部散热模组）及车用电子水泵组件的业务拓展。
Drive business development fliquid cooling of optical-storage system cabinets (thermal control CDU / manifold / quick connector), high-power EV chargers (liquid-cooled connect/ internal cooling module), automotive electronic water pump assemblies.
2.深度对接和维护既有及潜在的高价值台系液冷链客户、车载及工控大厂，快速切入其供应链体系，提升集团份额。
In-depth engagement maintenance of existing potential high-value Taiwanese liquid cooling customers, automotive industrial control giants; rapidly integrate their supply chain system increase the Group’s market share.
3.推动与客户的 Co-design 协同设计商务对接，协助完成从商务洽谈、报价（RFQ）、技术规格确认到小批量试产（NPI）全流程的商务协调与管理。
Promote business liaison fCo-design with customers; assist in end-to-end business coordination management from business negotiation, quotation (RFQ), technical specification confirmation to small-batch trial production (NPI).
4.独立管理销售管线（Sales Pipeline），进行商务合同谈判与风险把控，确保年度业绩指标与回款目标的达成。
Independently manage the Sales Pipeline, conduct commercial contract negotiation risk control, ensure the achievement of annual performance payment collection targets.
任职要求 / Job Requirements
1.理工科专业，本科及以上学历。
Bachelor’s degree above in Science & Engineering.
2.具备至少 3 年液冷组件、工控散热、车载热管理或大功率电源 / 充电系统相关行业的 Business Development 或 SeniSales 经验，且拥有较好的行业客户与供应链人脉资源。
At least 3 years of Business Development SeniSales experience in liquid cooling components, industrial cooling, automotive thermal management, high-power power supply/charging systems; with good industry client supply chain networks.
3.具备优秀的英语商务谈判及沟通能力，能独立应对外资 / 跨国企业高层并进行流利的英文商务简报。
Excellent English business negotiation communication skills; able to independently communicate with senimanagement of foreign/multinational enterprises deliver fluent English business presentations.
4.极强的独立作业能力与抗压性，商务嗅觉敏锐，具备良好的项目推手角色特质，能单枪匹马在新赛道撕开业务突破口。
Strong independent working ability stress resistance; sharp business acumen, good project-driving capability; able to independently achieve business breakthroughs in new segments.
