一、岗位职责（Responsibilities）
1. 负责 OBC车载电源类产品的 PCB Layout 设计，包含硬件工程师提供的原理图布局布线落地。
2. 深度参与电源拓扑、EMC 设计、热设计等评审，基于高压大电流应用场景进行*佳化布局（HV/大功率电路隔离、爬电距离、回流路径设计）。
3. 根据产品要求完成分层规划（Layer Stack-up）、阻抗设计、线宽线距计算，保证电源信号完整性与可靠性。
4. 处理大功率器件的布局及铜箔散热方案（MOSFET、IGBT、磁性器件、功率母排或大电流走线）。
5. 独立完成 PCB 工艺文件（Gerber、BOM、制程说明、对 CAM 的技术支持）。
6. 与硬件、结构、生产及供应链团队协同推进样机试制及问题闭环。
7. 支持 EMI/EMC整改，从 PCB 角度提出整改优化方案。
8. 参与设计评审（DFMEA/DRBFM），确保设计满足汽车电子可靠性规范（AEC-Q、ISO 16750 等）。

二、任职要求（Requirements）
1. 本科及以上学历，电子、自动化、电气工程等相关专业；
2. 3 年以上 PCB Layout 经验，具备 OBC、DC/DC、电源模块、逆变器或其他大功率电子产品经验优先；
3. 熟练掌握 Altium Designer / Cadence Allegro / MentPads 等至少一种主流 Layout 工具；
4. 能独立进行多层板设计，理解叠层构建与阻抗控制；
5. 熟悉车规电子开发流程者优先（IATF16949、ASPICE、PPAP、DFM/DFT）；
6. 具备优秀的跨团队沟通能力，能推动产品从设计到量产落地
