岗位职责
1. 订单全流程统筹
负责所有销售订单的集中评审与排产，根据定制化产品的技术BOM、工艺复杂度以及外购产品的采购周期，制定可执行的主生产计划和物料到货计划。
针对公司定制类产品，主导产前技术对接，提前识别长周期物料和工艺瓶颈，从源头减少生产变更。
2. 生产调度与现场跟单
直接下沉到车间，监控每张定制订单的机加工、装配、调试、质检等关键节点进度。
建立“订单进度可视化看板”，对逾期订单启动紧急干预机制，协调技术、品质、设备等资源现场快速处理异常。
3. 外购产品的协同交付
统筹管理外购转销售产品的跟单工作，对接采购部门，确保外购成品/配件的到货时间与自产进度完美咬合，避免“货等配件”或“配件等货”。
4. 数据驱动与流程优化
统计“订单准时交付率”、“车间计划达成率”等核心数据，每周输出交付周报，向上级清晰汇报延迟原因及改进措施。
二、任职要求（侧重实战与韧性）
大专及以上学历，工业工程、机械/电气自动化、供应链管理相关专业优先。
工作经验：3年以上制造业生产计划或调度经验，其中至少1年是在小批量、多品种、定制化的生产模式下工作。有仪器仪表、电力设备或高压试验设备行业背景优先。
专业技能：
熟练使用Excel（数据透视表、函数公式必须精通）和ERP系统；
能看懂简单的机械图纸或电气接线图。
