岗位职责：
1、具有一定的技术架构思维，负责系统后端架构及核心功能开发,参与基础组件及数字办公等产品开发；
2、参与信创、人工智能等新技术方向调研和研究，攻克技术难点，技术文档沉淀；
3、在具备高度责任感、良好的学习能力、问题解决能力、沟通能力和团队协作能力；
4、具备良好文档编写能力、较强的逻辑思维能力，主动配合客户完成相关工作；
5、完成领导交办的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上Java开发经验。
2、熟悉软件过程和面向对象的分析、设计方法；
3、掌握扎实的java基础知识，熟悉JAVA应用技术栈及相关开发工作，熟悉SpringMVC、SpringBoot、SpringCloud等；
4、熟悉Tomcat、东方通等常用应用中间件配置、部署及负载均衡机制，熟悉微服务架构；
5、熟练使用Oracle、MySql等数据库开发，良好的SQL编写能力；熟悉主流非关系性数据库、缓存技术，例如：Redis、MongoDB等；
6、有良好的文档编写能力，能根据要求完成科技项目技术报告的编制。
7、有良好的团队精神和沟通、协作、学习能力；
8、有基于国产化基础软硬件开发、Java基础组件开发、docker、k8s经验者优先考虑。
