岗位职责：
1、负责公司工艺/制程（PE）相关流程的设计、优化与实施，提升生产效率与产品质量；
2、负责化工、冶金、制盐等相关行业压力容器设备（如换热器、反应器、塔器、复杂结构件、撬装设备等或高效换热器、换热管）的设计、制造工艺开发与工艺文件编制；
3、对设备制造过程进行技术指导与工艺监督，解决生产现场中的工艺问题，确保生产符合工艺标准；
4、参与新产品、新工艺的导入与验证，负责相关工艺参数的设定与调整；
5、负责编制与维护工艺规程、作业指导书等技术文档，并定期进行工艺评审与改进；
6、协助进行生产质量问题的分析与处理，推动持续改进措施的实施；
7、配合相关部门完成设备选型、技术改造及工艺升级项目。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，机械、化工、过程装备与控制工程等相关专业背景；
2、具备3-5年以上工艺/制程工程师（PE）工作经验，有化工、冶金、制盐等行业经验者优先；
3、具有丰富的压力容器设备（如换热器、反应器、塔器、撬装设备等）设计、制造工艺经验，或高效换热器、换热管等设计制造经历。
4、熟悉压力容器行业相关国家标准、法规及设计规范（如GB150、GB151等），具备标准应用能力；
5、能独立完成工艺方案设计、工艺文件编制及现场工艺问题处理；
6、具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神及较强的分析和解决问题能力；
7、工作认真负责，能承受一定的工作压力，适应生产现场的工作环境。
