1. 基于部门业务需求，负责企业级业务AI智能体、流程Agent、多模态智能体架构设计与代码开发，完成智能体任务编排、工具调用、记忆模块、决策逻辑开发落地；
2. 对接主流大模型底座，完成智能体与大模型适配、prompt工程优化、智能体能力迭代，提升智能体业务适配度与执行准确率；
3. 参与智能体需求评审、方案设计、单元测试，输出研发设计文档、接口文档、版本说明，配合内部团队完成研发验收；
4. 跟进行业智能体前沿技术，完成现有智能体功能优化、性能重构，解决研发过程中算法对接、逻辑冲突、业务适配类技术问题。
5. 负责自研AI智能体平台日常部署、环境维护、服务监控、故障排查，保障平台712小时稳定运行；
要求
（一）基础硬性要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、人工智能、大数据、电子信息等相关理工科专业；
- 认同外包派驻工作模式，服从部门工作安排，可快速到岗，适配AI创新部门项目快迭代工作节奏；
- 无不良从业记录，具备良好职业操守，严格遵守公司及部门数据保密、代码保密管理制度。
（二）专业技能要求
- 熟练掌握Python/Java后端开发语言，熟悉后端服务开发、接口开发、微服务基础架构；
- 熟悉LangChain、LlamaIndex等主流AI Agent开发框架，具备AI智能体独立开发落地经验；
备注：会AI Coding，语言python或java亦可。"
