岗位要求：

1、深入发掘业务需求，并按照需求提供合理的技术解决方案；

2、能独立完成软件服务器端系统代码的实现，编写代码注释和文档；

4、完成系统模块的搭建及编码实现，并保证良好的代码风格和质量；

5、改进现有模块功能，提高系统的健壮性、稳定性以及性能。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上java开发经验，有中台研发经验或互联网金融项目者优先；

2、有大型分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用性系统开发经验优先；

3、对各种开源的框架如Spring boot、mybatis、dubbo、redis、kafka、zookeeper等互联网主流技术有深入的理解；

4、能够熟练使用git、maven等工具，熟悉Oracle或MySQL等关系数据库；

5、较强的表达和沟通能力，工作认真、严谨、敬业，对系统质量有近乎苛刻的要求意识；

6、有很强的学习能力，工作主动性强，耐心细致，责任心强；能承受一定压力，有良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神。

工作时间：正常班务，周末双休，
