1.物料齐套：
（1）负责对各需求单位下达的采购计划拟制《物料采购申报表》、《物料采购审批表》，并办理申报审批手续；
（2）根据《物料采购申报表》、《采购合同审批表》拟制采购合同并负责签订、归档；
（3）负责物料到货进度的跟踪催促；
（4）负责与供方沟通协调物料交期；
（5）组织召开协调会，对无法满足公司生产进度的物料与各部门沟通协调并提出解决措施；
（6）负责调度会重点保销项目的清理及保销。
2.日常供方管理：
（1）负责与供方签订各项协议及文件；
（2）协助质量部做好供方质量问题的处理与追溯；
（3）负责供方的发票挂账事宜；
（4）负责供需双方帐目台账，并与供方日常对账；
（5）负责办理新物料送样及试用跟踪手续；
（6）负责供方的退换货处理。
3.其他
（1）配合管理室做好各类报表的统计、整理和上报；
（2）参与供方集中评价工作，并对相关供方的供货保证能力进行评价。
任职要求：
1.教育背景：大专及以上学历，工学、理学、管理学等相关专业优先；
2.应聘年龄：应在45周岁及以下；
3.其他要求：遵纪守法、安全保密意识强，有计调、质量管理等工作经验者优先。
